Pam Dickerson is a Registered Parliamentarian with the National Association of Parliamentarians. She serves as our parliamentarian at our labor union meetings.

Her role is to assist the chair and membership in keeping the meetings running efficiently and ensuring that participants are given equal voice through fair and democratic treatment. She helps during our meetings by advising on proper procedure through her knowledge of parliamentary procedure according to Robert’s Rules of Order.

She was with IBM for 32 years. She began her IBM career in large account computer sales. She spent the last half of her career creating and managing a digital media consulting practice. This digital media consulting practice began as a small, national practice and eventually grew into an international practice. She has extensive experience at personnel management as well as managing the business to make a profit.
